Don Tanner
BIOGRAPHY
Donald N. Tanner Jr. is a native ‘upstate’ New Yorker transplanted to California in 1980 after service in the Army as a Russian, German and Korean translator. He’s been involved in Real Estate in California since 1984.
His passion for Real Estate, and compassion towards others are demonstrated through effective representation and negotiation on behalf of my clients. I strive to minimize the stress of a transaction while achieving the highest possible price for sellers and the lowest possible price for buyers.
His tenure as a Product Manager in High-Tech translates directly into Real Estate planning and directing every step of the transaction towards a successful conclusion in the purchase or sale of a home.
I work primarily by referral from friends, family, fellow Realtors and especially past clients.
Never ‘pushy’, but rather consultative providing relevant information based on my years of proven experience; assisting ‘1st Time’ to ‘Experienced’ buyers and sellers in making intelligent and informed decisions based on their unique situations.
In my spare time, I like to attend concerts ranging from Fleetwood Mac, Lady Gaga, Maroon 5 and others; bicycle the local trails and snow skiing.
To me, a successful transaction is one in which my clients exceeded their goals, while resulting in a ‘Win-Win’ result for all parties involved.
